BOOKING:

• As per UK law you must be 18 years or older at the time of the appointment. If you appear under 25, suitable identification (passport or driving licence only) may be requested from you on the day. If you're in any doubt, please make sure you bring one of the aforementioned forms of ID.

• Appointments will only be secured on receipt of a deposit. 

DEPOSITS:

• Deposits are non refundable. 

• The deposit amount may vary according to project size. Appointments will be reserved for 24 hours, during which time the deposit must be paid to secure the date. This is payable by bank transfer, or if you prefer this can be settled (by card or cash) in person at the studio. 

• If you can no longer attend your appointment you may transfer your deposit to another date, however there must be at least 7 days notice given. If you fail to give 7 days notice the deposit will be lost and a fresh deposit will be required towards a new date. One reschedule per booking is permitted. 

ON THE DAY:

• Please ensure you arrive promptly for your appointment. Any arrival more than 30 minutes after the agreed time may result in cancellation due to the impact on later appointments. Please let us know if you are running late. 

• Numbing cream can be used, however please adhere strictly to the manufacturer's instructions and DO NOT leave the cream on for any longer than recommended. It is recommended to do a patch test to ensure there is no reaction, as any reaction on the day will prevent us from proceeding with the appointment. Deposit will be lost in this instance. 

• Do not attend your appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It is illegal for us to carry out tattooing on intoxicated persons. If you arrive at the studio intoxicated your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. 

• On arrival you will be asked to complete a questionnaire which will include personal questions about your health. This is for your safety, and is a licensing requirement we must follow.

• We ask that you attend your appointment alone where possible.
